International Education Week (IEW) is an opportunity to celebrate world cultures, people, and language while affirming the critical role that international exchange and education plays in fostering mutual understanding. Inaugurated by President Clinton in 2000, IEW is a joint initiative by the US Department of State and the Department of Education. International Education Week is celebrated annually in more than 100 countries across the world to symbolize the importance of cross-cultural learning.
The dates for International Education Week 2017 are November 13-17, 2017. Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission contributes by holding a variety of activities throughout the week organized by Fulbright grantees in Poland and EducationUSA Advisers.
