TopMinds is the first initiative of that kind in Poland which targets ambitious students and PhD candidates who need support and inspiration in choosing their own career path. The aim of the program is to support the participants in achieving professional and personal goals, through individual mentoring, interpersonal competency training, meetings with Business, Science and Public Administration representatives as well as networking. Mentors are graduates of the Fulbright Program in Poland, current U.S. grantees to Poland and graduates of the Top 500 Innovators Program.

The pilot edition of the TopMinds program lasted from March to July 2017. 40 highly talented young people, selected through opened competition from among 400 applicants participated in this unique initiative. Through several months of intensive work, program participants have achieved numerous measurable successes. Each of the laureates followed their own goal identified at the beginning with the mentor. The goals were defined in different areas, not only in Science or Business but also in personal or artistic development. Next edition of the Program will be launched at the beginning of 2018.
